Non-Refundable Plans

  • 1-Day & 1-Week Plans: Short-term subscriptions (1-day and 1-week plans) are non-refundable.

Refundable Plans

  • Monthly Plans: Subscriptions purchased for a duration of one (1) month are eligible for a refund within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
  • 3-Month & 6-Month Plans: Subscriptions for three (3) months or six (6) months are eligible for a refund within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.
  • 1-Year & 2-Year Plans: Subscriptions for one (1) year or two (2) years are eligible for a refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Payment Processing Fees

Please note that all approved refunds are subject to a deduction for third-party payment processing/gateway fees. The actual amount credited back to your account will be the purchase price minus any non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.
