Non-Refundable Plans

Please note that short-term subscriptions are not eligible for refunds due to their limited duration.

  • 1-Week Plans: Subscriptions purchased for a duration of one (1) week are non-refundable.

Monthly Plans

We offer a conditional refund window for our monthly subscribers to ensure fairness for both the user and the service provider.

  • Usage Limit: A refund will not be issued if the service has been used for more than half (1/2) of the subscription period (i.e., more than 15 days within a 30-day billing cycle).
  • Time Window: To be eligible for a refund on a monthly plan, you must submit your refund request within the first fifteen (15) days of your subscription start date.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within three (3) business days after approval.
  • Official Channels Only: This policy applies strictly to purchases made directly through BearVPN's official website or billing channels. Purchases made through third-party vendors, resellers, or app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) are subject to the refund policies of those respective platforms.
  • Policy Abuse: BearVPN reserves the right to deny a refund request if we detect credible evidence that the refund policy is being abused.
